Sähköisten palveluiden asiakaslähtöisten ratkaisujen kehittäminen Espoon lukioiden opiskeluterveydenhuoltoon. Case: SPARKEL-projekti en
Rosenqvist, Susanne; Rajalahti, Elina
Abstract
Visualisoitu terveystarkastusprosessi analysointiin vaiheittain käyttäen apuna laatukuilumallia. Kootun tiedon pohjalta ryhmähaastateltiin neljää (n=4) Espoon kaupungilla työskentelevää opiskeluterveydenhoitajaa ja toteutettiin sähköinen Webropol-kysely lukion ensimmäisen vuosiluokan opiskelijoille. Kyselyyn vastasi noin 15 % (n= 247) Espoon lukioissa opiskelevista ensimmäisen vuosiluokan opiskelijoista. Kyselyn avoimet vastaukset sekä haastattelu analysoitiin sisällönanalyysilla. Kvantitatiivinen aineisto analysoitiin PAWS-SPSS 18 Statistics -tilasto-ohjelmalla. AbstractThe purpose of this research was to study the hopes and needs of high school first grade students and student healthcare nurses about development of eServices for student healthcare mainly by improving existing ICT solutions and planning new eHealth services. The secondary purpose was to innovate how to share general knowledge about health to students.Qualitative and quantitative methods were used in data collection of this action research. Quantitative data was analyzed with PAWS-SPSS 18 Statistics program and qualitative data from group interview with content analysis. Lean-strategies, Service Blueprinting-method, Gap-analysis were used and make student health service concept visual and easily understandable and also to indentify the problem areas and solutions. Four (n=4) high school nurses were group interviewed and an electronic questionnaire was made for high school first grade students. Nearly 15% (n=247) of the target group answered the questionnaire. Preventive eHealth solutions need improvements in student health care in Finland.Study discovered that the entire health check process, existing ICT software and other eHealth Services would benefit from further development at national level. By improving and generating a new easily accessible eService platform for students, time used by student healthcare nurses on secondary tasks (making appointments, filling student eHealth records) can be allocated to the primary tasks. This heightens the experienced quality of student health care in general.
