The Finnish Society for Telemedicine and e-Health (hereinafter STeHS) sells tickets for events and training courses in its online shop. The prices of the products are always VAT-free 0%.
FSTeH is not responsible for any incorrect price information on the website and reserves the right to change prices.
Orders
Tickets are ordered via the online shop. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the products ordered and the price of the order. To receive an order confirmation, a valid email address must be provided at the time of ordering.
By ordering from the FSTeH online shop, the customer gives his/her consent for the data provided to be stored in the FSTeH online shop's customer contact register. At the same time, the subscriber agrees that the club may use the personal data provided by him/her for the marketing of future events in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms of delivery, which apply to all products delivered from the online shop.

Products are paid for at the time of ordering.
Card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely using a secure payment form, and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.
Online banking
You can use all Finnish banks via their eBanking or open banking (PSD2) interfaces, including Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, and Ålandsbanken. When we forward your payment to the online business, your bank statement will show Paytrail Oyj /the business’s name as the payment recipient. From the website, you’ll be directed straight to your bank to complete the payment securely.
Mobile payments
Mobile payment applications MobilePay and Siirto enable you to pay for online purchases by online bank transfer or card payment by accepting the payment in the application.
Apple Pay is a digital wallet that works on all Apple devices allowing you to pay for purchases using saved card information.

The requested right to participate in the event will be sent by e-mail.
Exchange and return conditions
All products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized special orders/pre-orders. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).

- 100 % tapahtumamaksusta: Peruutus tehdään viimeistään 10.7.2025
- 50% tapahtumamaksusta: Peruutus tehdään viimeistään 10.8.2025
- 0% tapahtumamaksusta: Peruutus tehdään 11.8.2025 jälkeen
FSTeH charges a €5 office fee for cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the payment method (invoice or online).
If an event or course is cancelled by STeHS, the full course fee will be refunded to the participant.
The event will be organised and tickets will be provided on a force majeure basis. If for reasons beyond the control of STeHS and due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, industrial action...) the trip is cancelled, the cancellation conditions will not apply as such.
