National conference 2017
The 22nd Finnish National Conference on Telemedicine and eHealth 20th to 21st April 2017, Turku, Finland “Win-Win-Win, Can citizens, professionals and society all win?”
Thank you for participating this event!
The conference brought eHealth topics to discussion from citizens, professionals and society’s viewpoint. At the moment Finland is ongoing one of the biggest ever administrative and operational reform in health, social services and regional government. The reform affects the services of every citizen in the country. Digitalisation and robotisation have major roles in the reform and promote the user-centric approach in the services. We heard at the conference many viewpoints how this change affects education, working life and citizen’s everyday life.
During the 22nd Finnish National Telemedicine and eHealth seminar there was 48h eHealth Game Jam (Hackathon) arranged where the studens from Turku University of Applied Sciences and Savonia University of Applied Sciences will be developing digital gamified health solutions.
We express gratitude to all lecturers for their high quality presentations. Our sincere thanks belong also to all our exhibitors and demonstrators. Without your support, this conference could not be the networking event it is today.
Our special thanks belong to our fellow organizer, Turku University of Applied Sciences. They patiently took care of the practical arrangements and organized the local site visits.
