Booking Instructions

When two people book their conference package at the same time, you’ll have 100€ discount per person. Click the link to Holvi webstore. Choose your cabin category. Silja Symphony as Conference cruiser

The conference will be held in the cruising ship Silja Symphony. You can see form Holvi service what kind of cabin possibilities you can have in conference and the cabin categories descriptions you will see from here:​Tallink Silja

On 28 September, the departure will take place from the Olympic Terminal in the Southern Harbour of Helsinki.

29.9. return and boarding in Stockholm will take place at Värta Terminal, where you can also see more detailed instructions from the previous link.

Participation fees

Avec price: 271,50€ includes accommodation with participant, breakfasts and dinners.

The participation fee includes the conference, conference material, transportation to the places to visit on September 29^th , the services  mentioned in the program, and accommodation in the selected cabin class. Prices does not include tax. Registration is binding.  Cancellation before 21^st of June entitles you to a 100% refund.  Cancellation before 14^th of August entitles to a 50% refund.   At the end of the registration period after 14^th of August, the participation fee will be charged in full for cancellations or no-shows.

In this case, entry fees will not be refunded, but the best possible replacement program format will be offered to entrants.
